The Board of the Lambton Federation of Agriculture has agreed to house the funds for this scholarship with SCF and create a permanent memorial to a well respect member of the community, Joyce Anderson. The fund is designed to assist a 2nd or 3rd year student from a farm family as they pursue higher education.
