Our Story

As we welcome 2026, we’re taking a moment to reflect on the accomplishments and shared efforts that shaped 2025. Over the past year, the Sarnia Community Foundation (SCF) continued to build on its commitment to strengthening Lambton County community, directing over $1.1 million in support of grants, scholarships and community projects and having the generosity of the over 300 donors helped make Lambton County a better place to live.

We added a brilliant Fund Developer, Amy Veysey. Amy has made an immediate impact in SCF Donor Engagement, Social Media and overall positive energy.

We were honoured to deepen relationships with long-standing partners and to form new connections with individuals and organizations eager to make a difference. This collective spirit of generosity and collaboration continues to show how powerful our community can be when we work toward a common purpose and collaborate.

Looking ahead to 2026, we are energized by the opportunities before us. We’re excited to continue partnering with you—our donors, supporters, and community champions—as we strive to build a more inclusive future for everyone in Lambton County.
