Grants are given to organizations identified by the Canada Revenue Agency as a qualified donee, or to projects and programmes where there is a direct working relationship between a qualified donee and a not-for-profit partner.

Grant Programs
Twice yearly
Open to qualified donees and partnered not-for-profits across Lambton County. Preference goes to innovative, collaborative projects that align with our selected UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Oct 1 – Nov 30
Supports organizations improving quality of life in the greater Petrolia area. Applications open October 1st and close November 30th, with funding decisions made in early December.
Municipal fund
A dedicated fund supporting community needs in Brooke-Alvinston. Application details and deadlines are managed directly through the municipality.
Process
Read the posted guidelines for the grant you're applying to — applications outside these guidelines aren't considered.
Complete Part A and Part B and send them to our office by the posted deadline.
The SCF Grants Committee & Board reviews and approves grant recipients following the application period.
Successful applicants are notified and funds are released.
